‘Let us back into our homes in Bareilly’: 40 Muslim families barred for months after Muharram clashes

Around 40 Muslim families from Gausganj village in Uttar Pradesh, India, have been displaced for months following violent clashes during Muharram. They allege their homes were looted or destroyed and they’ve been barred from returning by the other community and local police.
