India, China complete Round 1 of patrolling along LAC after border truce agreement

India and China have agreed to weekly coordinated patrols along the disputed Line of Actual Control in Eastern Ladakh. This decision follows a recent disengagement agreement and aims to ease tensions after a four-year standoff. The first round of joint patrols was completed in early November, signaling a positive step towards de-escalation and rebuilding trust between the two nations.
