The Justice (retd) Madan B Lokur Commission, appointed by the Congress government in Telangana, has submitted its report on alleged irregularities in power purchase agreements and the construction of two thermal power plants during the previous BRS government. The report is expected to implicate former Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, with findings based on written and oral submissions.
