In Maharashtra, over 80% kids aged 6-23 months lack dietary diversity, says study

In Maharashtra, where 25% of children are malnourished, over 80% of children aged six to 23 months suffer from poor and unvaried diets as per WHO standards. Lack of dietary diversity is higher among girls, lower socio-economic groups, and children of younger mothers, increasing susceptibility to infections and developmental delays.
