The Bombay High Court has ruled that eviction notices sent by the Enforcement Directorate to actor Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra, related to a Bitcoin-Ponzi scam, cannot be acted upon until their appeal is decided. The ED sought possession of their properties but must wait according to the court’s direction.
