A Delhi court has granted interim bail to Rau’s IAS Study Circle CEO Abhishek Gupta and coordinator Deshpal Singh until December 7. They are accused in a case involving the deaths of three civil services aspirants due to rainwater flooding in a coaching centre’s basement in Old Rajender Nagar in July.
