Residents of Jamshedpur are dealing with traffic disruptions caused by the Ganesh Puja fair at Kadma, blocking the main road from 4pm to midnight until September 22. The situation became worse with additional barricades for the PM’s visit on September 15. Officials clarified that no permissions were issued for closing roads or placing stalls on them.
