Maharashtra doctor held ferrying booze in govt ambulance

In Maoist-hit Gadchiroli, police arrested Dr Brahmanand Pungati after intercepting a government ambulance carrying 10 cartons of desi liquor and 96 bottles of foreign branded liquor worth over Rs 50,000. The consignment was likely sourced from Chhattisgarh. The doctor faces potential suspension of his medical licence due to the incident.
