Two teenagers brutally murdered rickshaw-puller Abdul Kayyum in Delhi’s Shastri Park after attempting to rob him of his mobile phone. The incident occurred when Kayyum was returning home on his rickshaw. The attackers slit his throat and stabbed him multiple times before fleeing. Police identified the suspects through CCTV footage and arrested them.
