Bengal labourer lynched in Haryana on suspicion of eating beef

Five men and two teens have been detained in Haryana for allegedly lynching Sabir Malik, a 24-year-old migrant worker from Bengal, suspected of consuming beef. The incident has sparked political criticism regarding law enforcement. Malik’s body has been returned to his West Bengal family, while migrant workers in the village fear for their safety.
