The Indian Railway Women’s Welfare Organization (ERWWO) opened Dhanyentari Udyan, a herbal garden with 21 types of medicinal plants, in Sealdah. Led by Seema Deouskar, the project promotes environmental sustainability. ERWWO also provided sewing machines to economically disadvantaged women to empower them through skill building, reinforcing its commitment to gender equality and economic support.
