The Indian embassy in Laos has successfully rescued 47 Indian citizens from cyber scam centres in Bokeo province, bringing the total number of rescues to 635. The embassy cautions against fraudulent job offers in the region. The crackdown on illegal activities in the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone facilitated this rescue.
