Police in Iceland concluded a search operation after an ice cave collapse at Breidamerkurjokull glacier killed one and seriously injured another. Initially suspecting more people trapped, authorities confirmed all were accounted for. The incident occurred during a guided tour, involving two US tourists. Both victims were taken to Reykjavik where one was pronounced dead.
