Nikola Jokic’s triple-double helps Serbia to Olympic basketball bronze

Serbia, led by Nikola Jokic’s triple-double, defeated Germany 93-83 to win the bronze medal in men’s basketball at the Paris Olympics. Jokic, a three-time NBA MVP, recorded 19 points, 12 rebounds, and 11 assists. This victory offered Serbia redemption after losing to Germany in the 2022 FIBA World Cup final. Six Serbian players scored in double figures, with Vasilije Micic matching Jokic’s 19 points. Despite a late push from Germany, Serbia maintained control, securing their second Olympic medal.
