Microsoft to Delta’s lawyers: You never replied to CEO Satya Nadella’s offer to help

Microsoft denied Delta Airlines’ claims that it caused a major IT outage, stating Delta ignored multiple offers of free assistance. Delta CEO Ed Bastian had blamed Microsoft and CrowdStrike for the disruption. Microsoft argued Delta’s outdated IT infrastructure, particularly the systems managed by IBM, contributed to the problem.
