Police in Kangra arrested 18 members of an interstate gang, including men, women, and children, responsible for a series of thefts in several regions. The gang was apprehended near the Baglamukhi temple with stolen goods. They used minor children and women to scout targets by day and commit thefts at night. Investigations are ongoing.
