Centre zeroes in on 12 spots for new industrial hubs along freight corridors

In the Union budget, the government announced plans for new industrial hubs across 12 locations in states, including opposition-governed ones. Investment of Rs 10,000-12,000 crore is planned for infrastructure. The government denied opposition claims of favoritism.
