Why Barack Obama can’t replace Joe Biden or become President or Vice President again

Barack Obama cannot be a Democratic nominee for president again due to the 22nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution. Ratified in 1951, this amendment states that no person can be elected to the office of the President more than twice. Since Obama served two terms as President from 2009 to 2017, he is constitutionally ineligible to run for or be elected as President again.
